We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Free or paid shipping options will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are not within our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. Please note:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a valid reason.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
Baby feeding or skincare items
Used or damaged items
Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, contact our support team with order details and images (if applicable).

8. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
