At Muzees, we aim to provide fast, secure, and affordable delivery across Pakistan. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing time may extend during holidays or sales events.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We deliver nationwide via trusted courier partners. Estimated timelines:
  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
We strive to meet these estimates but delays may occur due to weather, load, or courier limitations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat-rate or free shipping is offered on select items.
  • Charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
  • No hidden fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:
  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email
  • You can track your parcel using the courier's website

5. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails:
  • Our courier will make up to 2 more attempts
  • After that, the package will be returned to us
  • You can request re-delivery (additional charges may apply)

6. Delivery Issues

If you receive:
  • A damaged item
  • A wrong product
  • A missing item
