Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and hassle-free.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is in original packaging and unused condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Personal Care items (hygiene/safety)
Baby feeding or skincare products
Used or physically damaged items
Clearance/sale items marked “non-returnable”
3. Return Procedure
Email us at contact@muzees.com within 7 days
Attach photos of the product and invoice
Await approval and return instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it back (shipping cost is customer’s responsibility unless it was our error)
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size/variant issues if available
Exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refunds are credited via original payment method
Shipping and transaction charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
If cancelled in time, a full refund is issued
Once shipped, the order follows the return/refund policy
